We stopped here just to sleep after a late flight. The night desk was very friendly and the bed was soft and clean. We over slept a bit and left right at check out, but there were no annoying housekeeping knocks here. We left after breakfast, but it smelled really good. We got a very restful sleep.

Conveniently located for the purpose of our visit. Lots of kids on the floor yelling in hallways in the afternoon- evening was a bit quieter. Elevator is a bit rough- bounced before the doors closed. Room is exceptionally clean! Housekeeping staff is lovely- they make eye contact and give you a warm greeting.

Nice hotel for a mid level price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary items like toothbrush and razor if you forget to pack one. They have a tiny sundry and food stand with cereal and point ice creams etc.

Overall it was very nice especially for the price. I am just explaining 4 stars instead of 5. There was old water damage to the ceiling in our room but it was just unsightly not leaking or anything. The room was clean and nicely upgraded. Lots of outlets, WiFi was decent. The beds were on the firm side not uncomfortable but not great. The AC worked but had a little bit of a musty odor. It is a very convenient location right by the freeway 30 mins or less from all major destinations. We would use it again. Parking is $10 a day that was not made clear to me so I figured I would add that.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Encinitas for several weeks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our situation. The included breakfast was a highlight with a variety of quality food options and wonderful morning breakfast staff. The rooms were large and clean. The only real downside was no real dining or shop options (cvs, grocery, etc) within walkable distance. That said, the staff was great and the hotel provided real value. We were overall really happy with our stay.

This property is an absolute scam. We weren't provided with anything that we were promised. On top of that, the staff at the hotel is obscenely inhospitable, and the conditions of the hotel are exceptionally unhygienic. Although we did manage to get a refund for our trip - I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone at all.

The room was a generous size. There were enough drawers and counters to place one’s belongings. The bathroom has a nice configuration even though not large. There were adequate towels and even wash cloths (something often missing when traveling lately). Only changes I’d like to see is shower head that can be hand held.
