The lovely doormen who called us a taxi every day and the wonderful waiters/waitresses at breakfast. We want to return very soon. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and special. "

"It's a Amazing property ..great service and food ...E P club if you have upgraded rooms ..I booked through hotels.com and thought that a deluxe room would be big enough but no the hotels.com rep in booking didn't have the knowledge about the property...so we had to find out the hard way ..pay double the amount we wanted to spend ...thats was the only bad experience I had ....so please do your own research about with room and service is good for you ....other then that there ia alot to do at the property.. "Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay."
