Someone stole the sunglasses of my girlfriend from our room when we went out for dinner. I find a terrible an unacceptable situation in these type of hotel, assuming that they are serious organization. I am very disappointed for this situation and I am going to avoid staying at any Hyatt in the future. I am also planning to post a review in the internet

Knowing that the Hotel is under remodeling. The room seemed cluttered with mismatched furniture and seemed needing work. The TV was set up for Purchase only options. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room was great, it had everything you needed. Bed & sheets were very comfortable! We got there before check in time, We waited until 4:16pm, then asked if front desk - when we could check in. Oh it’s ready, they had been busy did not get a chance to email us.
