Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. It cost a lot to have breakfast in town- we normally buy diet friendly band out it in a room fridge

Very clean and nice staff. Rooms have sufficient size, however, no fridge or mini bar in the room. My reason for deducting three stars is that the doors closed very noisy... And in combination with school groups staying and walking from one room to another... The smashing off doors becomes unbearable at night. Sorry, wouldn't stay because of this.

The room was fine if you are there to sleep and leave , I would not want to be there for a few nights. The room is very small , no actual chair , there were two small ottomans I suspect were to be used for chairs. The room was very clean and the linen was of good quality on the two smallish single beds.

The hotel is located very near the Vienna Main Station. Pretty much convenient to find everything you need. The property was clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very conveniently located: walkable distance from the main train station and very close to trams that take you to the center city in about 15 mins. The front desk people all knew English and helped make our experience in Vienna easy. The area was very clean and safe!
