"paper thin" walls and crackling floors significantly increases noise and discomfort. also, the major minus was no bathroom/shower in the room.

Great hotel, close to Gaston and downtown, but a very short distance east of the hotel is a sad world of homeless and drug addicts.

All was good at the hotel, and we had a beautiful stay! I was surprised that the bathrooms were shared, but it wasn't a problem at all in the end. Just a bit of feedback for the hotel: at night, it would be good to dim the corridor lights leading to the bathrooms since they are shared. This way, we won't have bright lights in our faces when we wake up. Thanks! 😊🌟
