The common area includes a nice pool and just enough space to get to know the neighbors. The surrounding area has all the shops etc. required. The only downside is the quite large distance from the beaches. But, Jack's report is part of the Goa tourist ecosystem with a barely disguised purpose to take full financial advantage...

The morning breakfast buffet hardly had any options for food. No fresh juices were available and when asked why not, the hotel staff said they did'nt have a mixer.
