My main gripe would be with the checkout experience, as it took an oddly long time (almost 20 minutes). Also i would not recommend using their airport ride service. "Staff is very excellent and quality of food is very good. I had issue getting my reservation cancelled due to booking at wrong month. I could not get credit from Orbitz until I directly contacted front desk. It was done immediately. "

Request for extension of check out time was handled well and the front desk were very helpful. Overall, stay was excellent and this would be the hotel of choice for my future visits to Vadodara"

"Elegant hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the single room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom a tat old but functional, perfect location right by Sayaji Gardens, 5min from the train station, I cannot fault this hotel, will be back on my next trip to Vadodara."
