"We checked in late so our check in experience was not the best. Everything about this hotel is fabulous."

"The room was just the right size for the price. However, there is no air conditioning. So, we had to keep the window open, which brought the many bugs in. Outside of the Summer months, this would not be a problem. Worst of all, the sink drain was broken, and evidently not recently. This is unacceptable for any season. "

"A lovely little hotel. Immaculately clean and super welcoming. Run by a family who were very helpful in every way. Great breakfast every morning. Had a spacious sauna complex with two saunas, steam room, cool down room. Beautifully appointed and clean. Also had a self service bar which you just paid for at the end and prices were very cheap. Hotel has easy access to the ski slope by walking about 150m on the flat. There are a few restaurants on the same level and it’s about 15 minutes walking...

"Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Imst und an einer belebten Straße schlafen war deshalb nur bei geschlossenen Fenster möglich. Ansonsten war alles sauber die Betten waren gut. Frühstück war für 10€ dazu buchbar. Die Parkplätze waren gleich neben dem Hotel und uns wurde angeboten unsere Motorrädern in die Garage zu stellen. "

"Best holiday ever.Daniela the host is more than amazing,she done everything to make sure we feel looked after and wonderful.Weather for us was perfect.we had few dry days and sunny and we also had lots of snow.The appartment was spacious,very clean had everything we need,and the balcony with the mountain view was fantastic.We enjoyed the spa every day(sauna,infrared room,relaxing room).All so clean and comfortable.Tge are surrounding is just stunning,few minutes walk to the slopes and cable...

"I was woken up early in the morning at 8:30 and 9:00 in the morning, and I did not ask for a wake-up service. At 9:00 in the morning, the door was opened without permission. This hotel is rude and unsafe. "

"Incredible, warm service and beautiful breakfasts with homemade ingredients, and lovely dinners (with the half board option) made this a memorable stay. Ingrid and Michael (owners/managers?) and the head housekeeper Slady each went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The gingham duvets and pillow cases were charming, but the towels, oddly, were a bit threadbare."

"이번에 엄마와 함께한 유럽여행중에 묵은 숙소중에 단연 넘버원이네요. 주인 아저씨가 직접 저희방 3층까지 무거운 캐리어들을 손수다 옮겨주시고요. 방에 딸린 테라스에서 바라보는 산세는 대박 그자체네요. 방도 너무나 정갈하고 침대도 탄탄해서 잠자리도 편했구요. 샤워시설도 화장실도 아주 청결해요. 담날 블렉퍼스트도 만족 100% 예요. 슈퍼에서 파는 빵이 아니라서 좋았어요. 야채랑 에그 스크램블도 맛있고요. 담에 오스트리아에 가면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요. 저희 엄마도 칭찬해 주셨어요. 펜션 세널 안전 강추입니다."

"Everything was basic but good. The reception lady was very friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. This is a no frills place. It’s clean and tidy. Doesn’t have tea coffee facilities or a lift/elevator. Toiletries are just a little cake of soap so take everything else."
