I am so thankful that we decided to stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel! Check in was super easy. We loved having breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. The beautiful beach was the icing on the cake. It was a perfect room for our family and we can't wait to return!

I’m a business traveler, this would be a great place to stay for a quick gateway. Right on the beach. The indoor pool looked great. Room was clean. The to go breakfast delivered to the door was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff texts were appreciated. The breakfast options were limited, and I was disappointed that chairs had not yet been put out on the beach. But it's a nice hotel, and, as I said, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We asked to have our room cleaned and housekeeping never came. When we called to ask the front desk about it they were rude and dismissive. We had been there three days already and wanted clean sheets and clean towels. We were told housekeeping was very short staffed and may or may not come the next day. They also told us there was no manager on site to speak to and did not offer us clean towels or sheets. We never got coffee refilled in our room the entire time. The room was filthy. It was very disappointing.
