"This location was perfect for my plans. It is right on the Riverwalk, hence the name!! They had a DJ everyday from about 11-5 and the music was jamming. The trolley is just a couple blocks up. It was beautiful and a great time. The one thing that could be better is the food service. My food came back cold on more than one occasion and it took forever to come out. Service was basically island time and the servers didnt have a sense of urgency. Overall though all was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again."

"Reception was very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy. Shuttle from the airport is confusing and awkward. Evening food service was terrible. There was one person tending bar and serving food. Poor man was hopelessly overextended and the cook went AWOL so we couldn’t get served. The bar area is extremely noisy because of echo and acoustics. "

"Everything was awesome until I checked out. I had paid for the room in advance on Hitels.com. But they charged me as well at check out for the room. Now I have to wait until they refund it back. Which could take a week or so!! That is my only issue"
