I enjoyed the camping theme of the hotel. As an American traveling in Sweden for the first time, I was initially confused about how to operate the light switches in my room (I needed to insert my room key in a device near my room door).

Extremely well located. Easy access to shopping street and central station to go anywhere. Also 15-20 walk to ferry for Skansen and Vassa museum. However, need to specify if you wish for daily room service but even with that bed was not made. Tea, coffee available in the room. Free machine coffee available in the lobby. Don’t bother asking for early check in (anytime before 3pm) as there is an extra charge of about 12Euros. Rooftop bar has great views of old city so worth exploring. Overall will go back again for the location.

Pros - very friendly and helpful staff - wide range of items for breakfast (although my partner thought for the money there should have been made to order items) - the interior design based around the camping theme - great location, we flew to Arlanda and got the bus to the city centre which was a 10 min walk away - very quiet - very comfortable bed - daybed area in window where you can lay out your suitcase and clothes Cons - the shower pressure wasnt great, have stayed in cheaper hotels with a better shower - there is no air con only ventilation so we had to ask for a fan as it was too hot for us to sleep - the rooftop bar doesnt actually have accessibility to the outdoor rooftop area and when we went to get a drink most of the bar was taken up with a corporate event, we did however go for a drink in the Campfire downstairs which was nice - the nest which includes the swimming pool and sauna is not included in the hotel price and is very expensive to use, its a shame given the price of the hotel - no free water or anything in the mini fridge although a kettle and coffee are available

I love the hotel's theme of "go explore the great indoors." It has an excellent location, great rooms, and lots of amenities. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The walls are paper thin. My kids couldn’t sleep because the couple in the next room were talking. We could hear every word they were saying. A large metal bar on the wall fell and nearly hit my daughter. The beds were uncomfortable. I complained to the front desk staff who basically told me to buzz off. It’s a 1-star hotel charging rates befitting of a much better hotel. Stay somewhere, anywhere but here. It was a ripoff and I won’t be going back. Lesson learned ….
