We did enjoy the evening snacks and fresh popped popcorn, but our room temp would not go below 77. We went to the front desk about the issue several times and they said they would send someone to fix the issue and that if they couldn’t then they would move our room. They never fixed the issue, and would not move us. They just said they would send someone to look at the HVAC. They comped us one night of our stay, but we were stuck in a 77 degree room every night. When we checked out and told them again that it was never fixed, she said they did comp us the one night for the inconvenience.
