"I went to Goa after 10yrs! Booked LA after landing. I wanted to stay in a typical Goan/Portuguese home instead of a hotel. LA everything I expected and more. From the ambience of restored charm, to the frinedly and helpful staff Jokin & Patrick were exception in guiding me to places, arranging transportation, to allowing me for a late check out. "Arrived on the Thursday, accommodation owner had no knowledge of my arrival and I was forced to contact hotels.com for the issue to be resolved. After this stay went ok. Room was clean and sheets changed without having to ask after 3 nights. Around 10 minutes walk to the beach but not an issue for me. Nothing stands out so an average stay. And for £18 a night not bad. "

The staff was very rude no proper backup in case of power cut and we had to suffer for hours without AC or fan. Even the TV didn't worked and no dedicated staff for cleaning and other services."
