"The ac in this room was my biggest issue. It did not seem to cool the room properly and there's no top sheet on the bed so it was very warm. The staff was very nice. The food in the restaurant was good. I stayed here for proximity to airport and port. If I was back in town for a multi day visit I would likely stay somewhere else. It was fine for overnight. "

"Our suite was the perfect amount of space for my parents and me. My parents took the bedroom and I had the foldout in the living area. The kitchen was spacious as well and had the basics (plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans, etc), but we didn't really use any of this. For some inexplicable reason, they put the bathroom door from the bedroom instead of on the shared side, so it's required to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. "Very nice and clean apartment. It had ample AC which is great because it was very hot in Barcelona. Communication is excellent. They used WhatsApp to communicate and someone responded almost immediately every time we contacted them. There is a lobby and someone at the desk that can assist with checkin and store luggage. Wasn't required to do any cleanup prior to checkout other basic tidying up. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and linens very nice. No complaints whatsoever."
