A very beautiful property on the outside, not bad inside, but I would say it wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom could use a deep clean and the floors in both the guest room and living area weren’t the cleanest either. We arrived late our first night and didn’t say anything, so that is on us. Since it is an older building the rooms are quite noisy if you are on first floor, so I would advise getting something on second if footsteps overhead bother you. The grounds and the fire pit areas were quite lovely. They attracted many guests and made great places to share a nice bottle of wine. In a great area, directly across the street from the beach. Lots of great eating and nightlife within walking distance.
