Hotel lacked some basic necessities like room service, bottled water for the coffee machine in the room, furniture maintenance and lighting in the room very outdated and dark to the point that we couldn’t see the unique wall decorated with leather wallpaper. Furniture in the room was beat up quite a bit"

The executive level area was never open, and I got no housekeeping service the first day so I had to go in search of towels after no one answered any of the numbers on the in-room phone (reception, housekeeping, hotline, operator).
