Comfortable, spacious rooms. The bed however was a bit small and the mattress needed changing. Good, safe location. The restaurant is the best part - I had 3 excellent meals for dinner. The chef made everything in an authentic style. Staff are also brilliantly trained. Ayush and Eldrin are very good at their jobs.

Thekkady is a great place to visit due to the Periyar Wildlife Park and abundant spice plantations. The hotel staff were very happy to organise transport and activities.
The hotel itself is in a nice location up in the forest but is perhaps a bit tired.

Hotel is well maintained, quiet and clean. Rooms are spacious with all the modern amenities. Bathroom is quite spacious too and has walk-in shower. The Gym has enough equipments to go around.
Food and Breakfast buffet has a good spread but if I remember puttu/kadala & appam/curry were missing. Maybe those items are available on request.
There's building and road works around the hotel. One of the roads leading to the hotel was not in a roadworthy state.
Felt some staff at the reception to be rookies but overall the experience was good bordering exceptional.
