No service in pool areas, not enough seating in pool area, water park is all the way in the other side of hotel, my entire family left vomiting and diarrhea. Not worth the money they need more personnel no activities throughout the day. The show in theater uses men as women for show. Not for my children to be seeing

We went with a group of friends for a week. We had considered other options but ended up deciding to go with Lopesan, and it was the best decision honestly. In our 6 nights and 7 days there was always something to do and to discover. We booked separate excursions with hotel’s third party company and it was amazing. We went to the spa- it was good but not the best, but my favorite parts were the restaurants. Every single night we went to a different restaurant: Japanese, Steakhouse, Mexican, etc… and in all of them the service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they are always asking you what you need. The hotel is also very clean and friendly for both adults and kids. The main pool was always a vibe, there was always music and we were always able to find beach chairs. To top it all off we were able to see the Cuban music group: Gente de Zona. AMAZING!! Looking forward to repeat!

The property was beautiful. If you’re looking for a party this property is not for you. This is a property for older couples and families. We still enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again once I have a family.

Please do not pick this hotel at all, you will get sick. I’m not the kind of person that writes reviews but I don’t want other people to be mistaken. First of all the rooms are full of cockroaches. The cleanliness is very poor, we even found old food in the first room we were given. The pools are very dirty and the hotel itself has very poor maintenance and it is a shame because the property is beautiful and huge. There is 0 entertainment in the pools area or beach. Drinks are horrible and very cheap. The bars are pretty far from the pool and is hard to find someone that services you while in the pool. If you do not buy the unique service the drinks are very limited. There is never availability in the restaurants; therefore you are forced to eat at the buffet which is garbage. The hygiene is horrible, they don’t even use globes to serve you the food, everyday is the same food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). My kids got food poisoned and ended up with a virus of vomiting and diarrhea. I took them to the clinic and just to evaluate them was $250. When I went to the pharmacy to buy a medication to stop the vomiting I was told that many people came the same day looking for the same medication so it means that there were something going on in the hotel. I have traveled to punta cana several times before and never had any bad experience such like this one. Last but not least there is a guy that goes around all the tables in the buffet looking for phones to enter an excellent review

I didn’t like some of pool bartenders. One lady that took my order brought menthe wrong drinks and never came back to fix it. She was just passing by me and did not apologize for it. I had to wait for a long time to get a drink from the bars. There was also a lady at the outside buffet that she was rude, I don't remember their names, but I will love to have someone from the Lopesan contact me.
