"We came to Phoenix looking to buy/move there. We stayed 6 nights and every time we entered or exited the hotel the staff was there to welcome us. The staff (breakfast area, housekeeping, front desk) was excellent! We will be back again....Thank you!"

"The fridge shelf broke when I put in a glass bottle, the bottle fell and shattered, splashed the drink on the floor. The maid staff came to clean after 1 hour and we called 3 times by then. When I stepped out, a bunch of staffs were chit chatting in a parking lot. Not the best service. Otherwise the facility was clean and well equipped, no complaints. Oh a power outlet didn't work, and a fan switch chain was cut. There is nothing in walkable distance, no restaurant on site. Be ready to be asked...
