Great in Photos, Not So In Real Life
The bed and rooms are comfortable. I have my doubts about the cleanliness since my blanket came with an old white crusty patch (gag). The shower in the room kept leaking water onto the floor outside. And the toilet had no vent. If you go use the floor communal bathroom, it was usually out of toilet paper. Downstairs there is no kitchen, no sink, no napkins... just vending machines. The staff seemed super stressed out and I felt bad even asking them questions.

Thought It Would Be Better
This seemed like it would be a great stay upon my initial arrival -- the lobby is nice and welcoming with a lot of really convenient amenities (locker rental, laundry, vending machines, towels for sale). My room wasn't available yet so an employee helped me set up a locker for my luggage while I went to the city for the afternoon / evening. When I returned, I was greeted by an employee (you have to ring the bell to be let in when haven't been given a room key yet, as I hadn't) who was extraordinarily rude; wouldn't open the door for me all the way at first, wasn't welcoming, seemed skeptical that I actually had a reservation.. then started openly giving me attitude and made it very difficult to retrieve my items from the locker when it was discovered that the earlier employee who helped set it up hadn't presented me with a ticket with a code needed to re-open it. He continued to be generally rude and treat me like I was an idiot before showing me to my cot. Unfortunately, the bed smelled musty or like some kind of mildew, the curtains on my bunk were broken and I had to rig them back up so that they would close all the way, and the curtains on the inside were splattered with a disturbing looking brown stain. The employees should really treat the guests better.

Two problems with my stay: first, the check-in procedure took way too long (50 minutes in total for me) and the lobby was closed from around 12-3pm, meaning that I had to wander around the area for three hours with my heavy luggage. The shower door in my bathroom also didn't close properly and water went all over the ground. On the bright side, the staff are nice and the facilities were very clean. I found the sleeping area to be pretty well-equipped and comfortable, but it was weird that there wasn't another sink next to the toilet. The only sink was in the same room as the shower, so when that was occupied, there was no way to wash my hands after using the toilet.

Great stay-highly recommended
I had a very enjoyable stay at the hostel, all staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were kept very clean, beds were comfortable and the privacy curtains were fantastic. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Close to metro lines and easily accessible. Check in process was very simple and took any pressure of having to arrive by a certain time meaning I could enjoy the city before going to the hostel. Vending machines were useful as was the laundry area. Overall I had a really pleasant stay here and would recommend.

I really enjoyed the design on the bunk eds and the net to place you things at night. I did really like the big spacious lockers each individual person gets with their bunk. The facilities were all really clean however I should point out that I wish they would at least provide hand soap for basic hygiene. Everything was super nice the beds were very comfortable and slept exceptionally well. Only small thing I would point out is that the bunk bed LED strip didn't work and the shower dooor didn't close, but despite of that I would definitely consider returning.

The worst hostel I ever stay. Don’t stay here
the staff is incredibly rude. so difficult to check in since there is no reception or staff . only machine. the cleaning staff just come in and talk incredibly loud even when they know you are still sleeping. the whole service was the worst I ever had this 15 years of traveling. they don’t treat you well even u r paying for it

We are sorry that our self-check-in system seemed very difficult to you despite the fact that you managed to check in and sleep at the hotel during your two stays. Our staff are rude and they certainly did not accede to your requests to have your bed at 9.30am instead of 4.00pm. a day when the inn is occupied. and even if I managed to find you a bed downstairs than upstairs. Our staff is very present since your dormitory was well cleaned every day as well as the hall and when you arrived very early in the morning. We also hope you enjoyed the privacy of our dormitories, the cleanliness and the promotional rate of 24 per night. Looking forward to seeing you again in the next 15 years to offer you better service.

Loved the kiosk check-in that allowed check-in at any time of night. Overall, great place to stay. They allowed you to rent a towel for €3.50, which was very nice. Only critique is that although they had a toilet and shower in the room (positive), the only sink was in the room with the shower and not the toilet.

Clean modern hostel.
This is a bright, clean, and modern hostel with super comfortable beds and amazing staff. Leticia was super friendly and helpful which really made my trip. You can’t beat the location either it’s between 2 metro stations and a tram line and it’s close to lots of shopping and nearby Chinatown

The hostel is very modern, with some staff helpful, but others entirely unhelpful. One person in my shared room was unable to lock his locker, and another had a key card that could unlock both. When they tried to amend the situation, the staff member said it wouldn’t ‘a problem for him’, and therefore did not sort the issue. Of course in a hostel, security is the upmost priority so this made the experience poor. There is also no soap in the bathrooms, which following covid is a terrible thing.

It was a nice experience to share the rooms with others people. Everything was perfect for just one night of sleep, that was all I need it. I didn't like that others didn't clean after themselves or didn't care much about the others roommates. Overall it was ok for the price and quility.

It's ok
The check in process was all automated outside of the building. I didn't feel very safe standing there at the door trying to check myself in. They stuck me in a room that was mixed when I paid for an all female dormitory. The bathrooms are filthy. There's no hand soap anywhere except for the one bathroom at the lobby. You would think with COVID they would provide at least hand soap or hand sanitizer. Every time I turn on the faucet, I think about the pee and poop bacteria on the handle because there's no soap for anyone to wash their hands with. No toilet paper or paper towels in any of the bathrooms (at least when I used them). If there was, it would sit on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I don't know what the staff is paid to do but it's not very hard to refill a toilet paper and paper towel. When you shower, water just seeps through the doorway and your bathroom and room is flooded with water. The bed was comfortable though and so were the sheets and pillow. The locker was big enough and it was connect to a key so it's automated and you don't need a real lock. Even though it says towel is provided in the bathroom section but it's not. You have to rent it from a machine for 3.50Euro. I wouldn't come back here unless I have to. Didn't feel clean.

thank you for your feedback. in the dormitories people who are used to youth hostels already have their soaps and basic necessities. if necessary we offer our customers at very affordable prices the products of first necessity (, soap, towel, cutlery kit .....)

Très bien en général et peu chère.
Toilette et douche assez grande et dans la chambre. Propre. Les couchettes disposent d'un rideau pour l'intimité. J'ai fait le voyage en mai et la chambre n'était ni trop froide ni trop chaude. L'hotel possède des machines à café, à produits d'hygiènes et il faut payer pour avoir une serviette. Elle ne founit pas le savon ou champoing. Le métro est à 20 minutes de marche. Un petit dépanneur se trouve tout près pour petits achats. Quartiers sans point d'intérêt autour. Le check in peu se faire avant 4 h mais il faut payet 4 euro de plus.

Vending Machine Problems
Almost all is great but the vending machine stole my money thrice even with the assistance of your staff, at first the staff assisted me to get the water I want from the machine, he just opened to get my water because it did not fell. But the machine that has and adapter I have to swipe twice the first card swipe I used my starling card then it said failed in the machine and I did not get the item but I saw it got charged on my account then I asked for assistance then the staff said to use another card so I used my barclays, the machine opened but it wasn’t the adapter piece I need so the staff returned the item in the machine. It means I did not get any items and got charged €9 each tap of my card with a total of €18 was taken from me without any refund. Then I wanted refund instead of getting the item but the refund was not yet returned. The staff just told me if the item is not taken they will not charge it and she keeps on insisting they did not receive my money but in fact it reflected on my account the deductions and I even showed them screenshots. You should fix you vending machines! Tourists who don’t use cash like are not happy. It’s like I got scammed for getting charged without getting any item!

Outstanding hostel, not close to city center
Location was good. Fairly close to train station. Close to restaurants. The check-in was done through kiosk with someone there to help if needed. Towels were not included and was expensive at 3.5 euros. Rooms were excellent. The 8-man room had 2 toilets and 2 showers which were very clean. The beds had curtains that the kids enjoyed closing off. Of all the hostels I’ve stayed at (8), this was the top 1 or 2. Not close to central Paris. Note that trains stop around 1 am.

Hello, it is a pity that expedia cannot explain to you that a pre-authorization is made on your card as a guarantee on their part and that the payment is on the spot. we have contacted their service on several occasions to contact you and explain but apparently no contact made. despite our welcome and our explanations it is the hotel which has a bad rating.

1박 비용이 너무 저렴해서 걱정했는데 깨끗하고 좋았어요! 지하철역 10분 거리 정도고 동네도 그렇게까지 위험하지 않았어요. 다만 샴푸 수건 등등 기본적인 것도 돈을 내야 해서 (예를들어 수건대여 3.5유로) 가볍게 여행하시는 분들에게 추천하고싶어요 It was really clean & convenient. Great value for price Recommend for light travelers

Toxic hostel.
The staff were verbally abusive and passive aggressive throughout my stay. Constantly unproffessional, innapropriate and uncouth. Making sometimes bizarre comments towards me. Other guests were racist, snobby, localists, even antisemetic. Lots of toxic masculinity and just unbalenced people hanging out. The vending machines will overcharge you also. The rooms feel prisonlike, but with bright colors and really aren't that well thought out. Also the neighborhood isn't really that used to tourists and especially as an American I felt like i wasn't supposed to be there.

La chambre n'avait pas du être faite correctement, Trace de selle sur les toilettes, Des papiers des anciens occupants était dans la chambre ... Bref le ménage laisse a désirer. Nous avons du faire plusieurs fois le tour du quartier pour pouvoir ce garer , pas très pratique avec des enfants en base age .
