The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were good quality. I slept like a champ. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe. The is some dining options on hotel property (Dennys, Baskin-Robbins, Pizza Hut and a Chicken Wich). There is an indoor-outdoor pool which was unique and a fitness room and laundry facilities. They also had vending machines that carried aspirin, etc in case you forgot something. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly. It's also in a great location being a couple minutes walk to Clifton Hill and a short walk to the Skylon Tower and the falls. Just a heads up that breakfast is not included and that the room is not cleaned until your third day which wasn't a big deal. Parking is $20 plus tax each night which seems pricey but we felt safe parking the car (clean and plenty of cameras). Some less expensive parking lots nearby looked sketchy. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Great location with food options, Clifton hill and the falls being a short walk away. Just wish it was a bit more eco friendly with dispensable shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Other then that the room was comfy and spacious.

The toilet didn't flush properly, we had to call the front desk twice for them to send someone up to get it working. You pay a large amount of money for parking and then there isn't even enough parking for all the paying hotel guests. Having free wifi would be great considering the cell services is crappy in the area to begin with. Some of the staff were less than pleasant.

Close to Clifton hill. Bus stop pretty much right outside the front doors so it was very convenient for things out of walking distance. Rooms were clean and staff helpful. During our stay (May 20th 2024) the outside pool was closed for the season which was unfortunate but understanding.
