We were told we’d receive a call when our room was ready but never did, we had to call to ask, so we didn’t get into our room until around 5 (check in is 4pm). The lobby is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable but not as nice as we were expecting at the price. We had to ask several times for a crib for our baby. We were provided with a pack and play in good condition however the bottom pad did not fit and we were given loose sheets which...
