Great location. Woefully outdated inside not just in appearance but function— outlets that didn’t work, limited hot water, temperature control questionable. It’s a shame that this building is under a state of neglect.

The value for what you get in heart if Times Square is worth giving them a try. When in NYC all you need is a place to sleep. And everything else you could possibly want is readily accessible.

In the heart of Times Square it’s a wonderful stay in NY that isn’t outrageously priced and close to everything. The staff is awesome, courteous, and helpful. The condition of the building isn’t perfect but few are. It is a nice hotel that is clean and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family who visit NYC.

Long wait to check in (credit card system wasn’t working) and was told that the door cards are sensitive and may not work so issuing you two (one card didn’t work so glad I had the second one), one of three elevators were broken and carpet in the hallway was really worn.

Long line at check-in, had to wait 40 minutes only to find out they couldn’t find my reservation. Tried to check me into a one bed as opposed to two bedroom. Lots of attitude when this needed to be corrected. Two tiny towels only for the room. Had to wait for prolonged time to receive more. Inconvenient location, no dining options in the hotel.

I couldn’t say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was super nice. The front desk, the cleaning ladies and the bell hop service. Super genuinely nice people. However, the hotel is a bit dated. Whoever did their staging pictures for social media did a good job….upon arrival, the elevators didn’t work…this happened off & on throughout our stay. We were staying on the 14th floor….night 2 & 3 our air didn’t work at all. Woke up to take a shower on day 2 and there was no water… if you’re renting a car beware of the charges for parking. It’s $65 a night for cars and $107 a night for a truck. They did offer to take off the vacility fee for all these troubles, (I think it was $130) which was nice. Would I stay here again? No.

Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that they do not have air conditioners in the hotel. I cannot imagine what it feels like in the summer because even on a 55° day 17 floors up, we were pretty toasty with just opening the windows. We got a king size room. The beds are the old spring, beds, and Desperately need to be replaced. The bathtub would’ve been lovely. It was deep and nice, except for it drained extremely slow, and the bathtub had been patched not professionally. It looked very Jenkee was very scratchy. I would not even get in it. With all the staff was very kind, cheerful, etc.

This property was dirty. The walls were stained and chipped. There was mold on the ceiling and between the tiles in my shower. Half of the equipment in the gym was unusable or not connected to power. There were no towels, water or wipes in the gym. You should be embarrassed to have this properly on your platform. It is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I wrote a comment on your website and received no response so your customer service is less than impressive as well.

This hotel is long past its shelf life. The property is run down. No hand towels are provided. No shower cap. Everything seems used and outdated. And while there are signs implying they are renovating, one gets the impression there are no renovations and the signs are a confession by the company that it knows the place is less than lovely. However, the location is excellent and a short walk to Central Park, and a walk through the park will make you forget the bleakness of this dimly lit hotel. Staff were pleasant enough but lacking in the graciousness of a fine hotel. This is a place to hang your hat during your New York stay, but it isn't a nice place.

The owners of this property are Slum Landlords and Con Artist. I am appalled that any reputable company with even associate with this hotel. I picked it for the price point and deceiving images that were shared. The lobby is the only thing that is decent. I took tons of photos of curtains falling down, horrible mattresses, awful bathrooms with fixtures as old as the building and rust all around them. No proper lighting with sub par electrical outlets. To add insult to injury the hotel is very noisy and I had to change my room because of it to no avail due to the cliental and noisy housekeeping staff. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a total rip off and I don't know that I will ever trust expedia again.

original room was not as stated in booking. It was dirty, outdated. Staff were rude and refused to offer room that was clearly shown on their direct website and on expedia. Was misleading to give us a room that was not refurbished - even though that is what we paid for. Lifts did not wok repeatedly. Bed gave us a sore back and overall very unpleasant experience. When they eventually gave in and gave us the room we asked, it was tiny and half the size of the first room, barely enough room to fit 2 suitcases on the floor. Will never stay here again.

Fantastic location for the price, and staff were always helpful and friendly. But the issue was that I needed wifi in my room for work and it’s speed was equivalent to dial up. Had to tether my laptop to my phone to get any work done and being from Canada this was pricey. Moved rooms after day 1 and had the same experience. Lastly the place is very run down with paint and wall paper peeling off walls, electrical outlets loose, tubs filling to my ankles while showering, and more. I usually don’t care about these cosmetics but this was at a new level of wear and tear. Again the people that work there are great and the only reason I gave 3 stars was because of them.
