My husband got sick during all day in New York City and the hotel management was very friendly and very supportive. I have to stay another five days and they help to accommodate me They were really awesome

The parking could be closer to the hotel and the place before the entrance to the hotel where you can park your car for a couple of minutes to take out the baggage is occupied all the time by cars connected to the hotel, so the guests don't have a place to leave a car for a few minutes.

The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The room I had on the second stay ,May 1st to May 4th 2024 has no view. The windows had heavily frosted glass and could not be opened enough to get a view.The airconditioning was extremely loud.

We enjoyed our stay here! The property had a lot of great amenities including a large rooftop that we could use any time during our stay and refillable water bottles/stations on every floor. The room was quite spacious by NYC standards and the staff was very helpful and professional. We did have some issues with the thermostat and the heat kicking on when it was set to cool but other than that, had no issues during our stay.

We found check in was welcoming, fast and efficient. The room was exactly as it looked in the picture. Bed was super comfortable. The air quality was good despite not being able to open a window for fresh air. We loved going to the penthouse floor upon arrival and in the morning for coffee. The view of manhattan was superb. We will definitely return and have recommended this hotel to our friends. It is super convenient to walk to the grand central station.

The room was fine. There was nothing amazing about it. Fine for a stop/commuter stay but I do not recommend for a vacation accommodation. There was no safe in the room that I could see after much searching so when I left for my event, I had to take valuables (Laptop, etc) with me.

Staff was super nice and there was so much to do in walking distance of the hotel. Great hotel loading zone right out front. Would definitely stay again
