When I returned to my room one night, the towels were not restocked. I was too tired to ask for one. Next morning, not having the bathroom mat, I had a bad fall. I let the person know at the desk in the morning on my way out. Towels were not restocked again. So I called. Waited an hour, and went down to the desk and let them know. Waited another hour, I had to call again for towel. It was a big disappointment—having to wait almost a whole day for my towels. They could have done better.

The staff was very nice The bed and pillows were comfortable I could have stayed in bed and not tour the city of New Orleans and the water that was provided in the lobby was cold and refreshing after a day out and about in the hot and humid weather of New Orleans Room service was prompt and the food was good especially the truffle fries the drinks at the bar were good and not watered down I will definitely be staying here again

Overall great place and location. The room had a faint paint smell and the water temperature regulation in the bath was not great with the default being too hot to shower. Required some work to get the temperature to be manageable.
