The only thing I liked, it was walkable to everything. When we got there front desk lady seemed as she was not too happy. maybe she was exhausted. We stayed on the 6th floor. the room above was so noisy, Sounded like is a horse was walking. Even thou we stayed on the 6 th floor, we could hear all the noise from the street and the booming and very loud music of the vehicles. They have vallet parking, they have to park your car. The employees are so irresponsible, that one of our cars got crashed on the drivers side. The car supposed to be in the garage not on the vallet drive way. Their excuse was. we thought one car suppose to leave today. I paid 2 nights for 2 cars Sir. An employee saw it but didn’t say nothing. The vallet manager wanted us to solve it by calling our insurance and that they had nothing to do with it. Like really. We spent about 4 hours back and forth dealing with all the chaos. Finally they got the info from the person that crashed our car and we also got a video. We’re still in the process who will pay for the damages. I got to the hotel very happy and left the hotel unhappy. disappointed and so stressed. I will never stay here again.
