"The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. Very disappointing. The morning breakfast comes with an ear basting performance of people “dancing” in costumes, clogging up the spaces to walk to get your breakfast. Literally was trapped by the breakfast bar with my terrified child for 5 minutes until they finished. It was not at all the peaceful breakfast one needs, unless you enjoy a headache with your toast. I wouldn’t book here again. "

"all staff at your hotel is courteous and polite pratima and shyli are great to talk to and ask for any help shyli is very courteous and polite at breakfast time and also i see she doing a great job now at recieving and good bye to guests. pratima and shyli are great asset to your hotel. also biswajeet,summeet,tanmay,shweta, rohit are all great. some of them i dont remember the name they all were great also."
