Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. I complained about 8 nights into my stay because of all the broken items and the lack of housekeeping service that never showed up… so my trash cans were over flowing and the restroom was out of toilet paper. I complained at the front desk and on day 9 the hotel replaced the shower head, the hot water situation improved ant the a/c work better. I also started receiving housekeeping service ever odd night on the last 7 days of the stay. The front desk staff checked in with me every couple nights after all the issues were addressed. It was bad that so many items were broken at check in and it took several days to address. I almost felt it was not your normal Hyatt Place

We were only there one night. The bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen. The $8 per night parking fee is ridiculous.

We were very impressed!! We had originally booked our stay with Comfort Suites but when we arrived close to midnight after a 9 hour drive with children we noticed their AC was not working properly or at all. The elevator and phone system was broken, the room they offered was on the third floor. I am a senior with heart issues, arthritis, prosthetic hip and lower leg ankle. So we scrambled to find somewhere to stay last minute. The Hyatt Place was very professional, kind, welcoming and provided us with a lovely 6th floor room, great view, great a/c and phone system that works just fine. The breakfast is extraordinary. Now, wherever I go I will look for a Hyatt Place first. Such a truly fabulous experience !! Thank you!!
