"The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "

"initially very welcoming hosts, however due to some confusion between 2 other guests arriving early the next morning and the owner, these guests tried twice to enter our room at 5am and woke us up, and were talking loudly to the owner on loudspeaker and the host arrived to tell them to sleep on the coach. "Had great difficulty finding the hotel (nearly two hours ) as the address provided by Expedia was in correct. After being mis-guided by many, a local businessmen showed us the way by driving there and we followed. Had it not been for him we would never had found the place. "The room was large which was nice, the bathroom was a little bit old. The staff is very nice and helpful which offset other small inconvenience (breakfast quite poor). For tourism purpose, this hotel might not be the best location since it's quite far from the main sites (muttrah and old muscat)"

"Worst hotel ive been in Oman. Toilet doesnt flush. No water in the faucet. Room is old. The reception area is dim and not all lights are opened. When we checked the pool it looks dirty and not appealing as others come there for swimming lessons. The whole hotel looks really old and definitely needs to be renovated all of it. Never coming back there ever again. We paid for 2nights but since it is realy bad we stayed for 1night and left. Terrible terrible terrible!"

"Booked hotel through expedia. On arrival they informed us of double booking and there is no rooms available to accommodate. Hotel staff where not helpful to resolve the problem. Since location is more then an hour away from the city. The closest hotel was an hour away."
