The ice machine on our floor was broken for two days. I don’t know if it’s fixed yet because we left. I didn’t like the $910 hold on our debit card and the price of everything at the hotel. The mini fridge was filled with their items and not a whole lot of room for our items. Everything kept falling out of the fridge and we were afraid they would charge us. I called down to the front desk to see if they would come and get the items out of the fridge. They told me it would cost us $50 for them to do so. It is a very nice hotel and the staff were amazing!

If I could give this property 0 stars, I would! The staff are disrespectful and lack an understanding of the value and quality of customer service. Serving the guest is always key! There is a lack of communication starting from the valet to the staff inside. The manager (Luis) was supposed to get back to us, or the valet manager (Sergio), but neither of them contacted me as promised. Their WiFi is terrible - we tried all three, and none of them worked! We had to leave the room and walk across the street to get service to contact our family. The elevator was broken, so we had to walk down 16 flights of stairs. Each time we are in Miami, we stay at the Fontainebleau; this is the first time we tried something different. Take your money elsewhere - it’s not worth it here. The staff and management do not care about complaints or serving the guest properly. When I complained to the manager, not only did he mock me, but he was also speaking over me. I was extremely frustrated; I had to ask my fiancé to take over since he works in a luxury resort to explain to him how to treat and respect guests. Once he heard where my fiancé works, he decided to stand up straight and take the situation seriously. Again, he did nothing, nor did he care to do anything. For 4 days at the hotel, neither manager reached back to us. It was not worth the stay or the money.
