I know it is listed but with tax and fees it was a tiny bit higher than expected. Love the options to pay a reasonable late check out fee so I could enjoy the beach one more morning. "Let’s start with the cons - the front desk was unavailable more often than not, and it was sometimes difficult to find the host if you had questions. Also, the tap water quality was debatable, and shower water pressure was not great. Finally, if you arrive before check-in time, you may have to wait a while in the city before you can access your room. However, everything else about this hotel was great. "We loved our stay here! Amazing location close to the beach and not far from downtown Miami as well. Although I think a door tag for house keeping would be more convenient rather than having to let staff know down stairs. But other than that great, clean, air conditioned, friendly staff! :) "
