"We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in Expedia is inaccurate. "Excellent location if you want to go around the Island. Suits most of your tastes and very relaxing. All round facilities and very enjoyable. "

"The property is clean and quaint. It is newly renovated and very comfortable. Two things to mention: the door to the unit is very difficult to open with the key and the stairs are difficult for older people with baggage. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. "I found the property was fully equipped for my needs and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It is also in an ideal situation overlooking the bay in a quiet area but close to shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around the island using the local buses from bus stops very close to the apartment. The check in was was friendly and efficient. I would recommend the place and would book again when, and not if, I go back to Malta"

'Direct access' to beach was misleading however, as there wasnt one, only rocks.
