We were there for 10 days as part of our honeymoon. The staff was incredible. With all the dining options, we started each morning with Marlen every day for Coffee at the Cupcake Cafe. Fresh fruit and cupcakes, cookies and donuts, etc.... Breakfast at Don Diego was always amazing. buffet had TONS of options. Arturo was the best and legit felt like he was sad to see us leave :) We ended every night with coffee and a treat with Abel at the Cupcake Cafe.... too many treats! Antonio( Tony) at Tortuga Beach was our favorite dinner server. So friendly and accommodating. Tortuga Beach had the best desserts I have ever tasted. All the food was good. The three pools gave you tons of options for a bumping day at the pool or a relaxing aftyernoon away from the parties. The view from the Whale Watcher "sports" bar was breathtaking. A few snafus with keys not working and originally our upgrade to a VIP suite mean two small beds instead of a king bed for our honeymoon, so we had to swap after our first night. All assistance was met with a smile. Be sure to bring plenty of cash for tipping, as the ATMs cost about $8 per transaction. Listen to the "pitch" ASAP, because it's a lot easier to relax after hearing the pitch. America was tremendous and gave us some very viable options and understood our limitations. It was surprisingly pleasant and low pressure. whatver you do, go swim with dolphins, the resort can set up transportation to and from resort for you, so book that before

First time in Mexico and this resort made it a great one. First off the staff is very friendly, fun, and work very hard. Everything was always clean, the food was great, and property has the best views in Cabo, and the facilities were great including the gym and spa. They always put on great entertainment every day and evening, with shoutouts to Carmen and Enrique who always brought good vibes to the activities. Overrall if you want a resort with great staff, facility, views, and more chill vibes, Sandos is the way to go.

The VIP upgrade was AMAZING. The food was good quality for an all inclusive resort. The only downside was the constant harassment for timeshares. We spend a lot of money to go on vacation to relax, not to have car salesman type people stalk you in the lobby and harass you about their timeshares.
