1. I wiped up some food off the carpet and the washcloth turned almost black with filth. Obviously a shampooing is due!
2. The shower handle is broken. We had to push and turn and hope for the best.
3. TV service went down while we were there, and they never got back to us when we called.
4. There’s no fan for the shower and the whole room got muggy. Windows fogged up.
5. Windows don’t open for air.
6. We weren’t greeted when we arrived, even though there was no line and 3 people working at the counter! They looked at us and said nothing. Finally someone said they could check us in.
7. I forgot my key and you need it for the elevator. When I told the man at the front desk, he told me where the elevator was but didn’t address the fact that I had no key. Another guest helped me get upstairs.
8. Shower bench is a cool idea, but it was extremely hard to lower. Not working right.
9. We were given poor directions to the university, and the hotel is called usc hotel! We walked the wrong way around and couldn’t get in the gate!
