In the heart of Hollywood and Walk of the Stars, yet views of Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Hill and over LA. The hotel is safe, staff are nice and approachable. I took my kids and they loved the free snack they provided. They now want me to take them again. Probably one of the nicest hotels in this area.

Wonderful stay! Property is within walkable distance from lots of shopping options, restaurants, museums, tours, and attractions like hollywood star walk! View of hollywood sign. Front lobby staff are vigilant and have the upmost concern for guest safety, always someone monitoring the front doors and drop off/pick up locations in front circle. Always felt safe here. The fitness centre was modern and surprisingly spacious for a hotel gym with free weights area.

This hotel has gone down a lot. I called and ask what was the best view room. And what I got was not what I was told. Secondly they gave me a room with a tub and I requested a shower. My remote in the room didn’t work and the second one they brought me didn’t either. The TV is so out dated. I been going to that hotel since 2012 and I think this was my last time. The only good thing was the heated pool.

Everything is good, but looks like that I kind of roller coaster somewhere nearby it’s nearly 10 PM, but it’s still rolls…… I hope they will switch it off after 10 PM

The Loews hotel is amazing! It is right on Hollywood Boulevard, and is very clean and nice. The staff was so friendly. Where this hotel is located, you can't get a better location! We got to see the cast for the premiere of Planet of the Apes right outside of our hotel, and we saw some filming for the new Mad Max movie Furiosa. Chris Hemsworth and Anya Taylor Joy showed up to do some filming as well. We put in for FREE tickets to the Jimmy Kimmel show, and got priority seats. We got to see David Beckham, Chris Hemsworth, Anya Taylor-Joy at the show. The best part is the Jimmy Kimmel show, and the live taping for the movies is right outside of the hotel! When we go back, we will definitely go through Expedia again, and stay at the Loews hotel. Thank you for hellping with this amazing vacation!

We weren't informed about the destination fee perks at check in . We paid for multiple activities that were included in the destination fee that the attendant didn't inform us of at check in . We were very disappointed at check out when we learned of the activities that were included that we paid out of pocket for due to lack of communication.

This is reliable hotel, but because it gets a lot of use it is definitely showing its age. I am guessing that it has not been renovated in the past 10 years. Lots of scuff marks on the doors and furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful. It feels like a tourist or maybe a convention property.

The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from everything Hollywood Boulevard has to offer. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are not fancy but spacious. The beds are super comfy. Tech in the room could be updated. Worth the money!

This is the place to stay in Hollywood. Great atmosphere! Walking distance to so many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that it was attached to the beautiful Ovation shopping center. There’s not a free breakfast, but they have very good restaurants. And make sure to check out the street vendors on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. They’ll have all kinds of fresh fruit and delicious hot dogs with all the trimmings. We will definitely be staying there again.

I would give this property 3.5 stars. It’s a bit run down. The hotel room is definitely showing wear and tear. The lobby is a packed mess and the bathroom in the lobby needs a room key which is annoying. I do understand why they do it but I’m not the best about always having the key with me. Check in had a little bit of a line but went smoothly, only hiccup being no king bed available (I had requested and paid for king). Elevators are a little slow. The room is decent sized and the beds are definitely cozy. Bathroom looks like they last did them in the 80s. Scratches all over the door and the wood on counter. Bathtub is old. They do provide bath products in the shower. Valet this morning was pretty fast and guy was very polite and helpful. The coffee shop ladies were also very nice and helpful. We just went to put our heads down after a Hollywood bowl event. Not sure if I would stay again bc there’s much nicer hotels nearby. Overall a 3.5/5

I purchased through and paid in full with Expedia. The hotel required the entire stay price plus an additional deposit and put a hold on my card. I was told the money would be taken off of the hold within 24 hours of my stay being complete. It was, but within 48 hours of check out, they charged my card again for the entire stay, even though I had paid through Expedia. I called them to have this corrected 2x and was told both times that a manager wasn't available and I would be promptly called back. It has been 3 days without resolution or even a call back to have someone to talk to about what happened. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was because of it being in the heart of Hollywood but also because my son was very excited to be able to go to the pool. It was not listed anywhere that the pool was closed for maintenance so we didn't actually have access to that during our stay. The second night we were there, the power went out and the fire alarm sounded for about 10 minutes around 9:30 at night. Being as we were on the 18th floor and taking safety seriously as my child was with me, we went into the stairwell to descend and it took 4 calls before we could get through to the front desk to see if it was a false alarm or not. When we got through to them, they assured us it was a false alarm and not to worry. We got settled back in and it sounded again about half an hour later. One morning we bought a parfait downstairs at the café and the yogurt was spoiled.

I was here 6 days total with my 23 year old daughter, we had an amazing stay, the staff very polite and friendly, restaurant are closes by walking distance, near everything, walk of fame Chinese theatre, pretty women movie scene spot at the palmas hotel etc…. very clean and easy access for uber lifts and taxi, i highly recommend i would definitely come back. 😊😊
