This is a 3 star motel masquerading as a 4 star hotel----No room service and hardly any staff at lobby bar and sub-par overprice food that we have to pick-up ourselves in lobby is ridiculous at these prices. Treat your clients better Hyatt or your days as a corporation are numbered.

Lady at check Debbie in was extremely unhelpful. Arrived past midnight and received our room past 3AM. Reservation was made under my husband’s name who arrived after me. I managed to change with Expedia the name on the reservation to my name. Received instant notification via email of the name change and she still did not want to give me the room stating Expedia did not send the changes to the hotel. I contacted Expedia again and they resent the changes. She still stated she had not received it even though I was showing the email from Expedia with the reservation under my name. Traveling with kids under 5 makes the situation worst. I do not recommend the hotel. And definitely the staff and management needs better training for this type of unique situations to better accommodate guests.
