The double room was a perfect size. Although its a little bit outdated, its big enough and very comfortable. The staff were ver accomodating. Fan in the room needs cleaning but the cleanliness of the room itself is very good.

I was very satisfied with the spotless clean room and bathroom. I read the reviews about the size of the room and I was a little concerned about being too small but not so much for a triple room. The size was comfortable comparable to other hotels. Except for the bathroom…it was super tiny: half of sink and and small shower. Service was excelente. There have a lot of breakfast options on the full buffet (for a charge). Overall I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. We switched to this hotel after having a bad experience at a different London hotel and were so happy. Walking distance to the Victoria tube station so you can get around easily. Great hotel would definitely stay again.
