"12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. "It was horrible from Expedia hotels.com not to communicate booking details to the property wven though my booking was fully paid. They tried to put me in a small room and demanded money for the room at checkout. They showed a expedia voucher for INR 7257 and told me that it was not paid by Expedia. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. Breakfast is a good selection of western and Asian cuisine and I was lucky enough to have chef Arun deliver some nice breads for both breakfast and dinner which were delicious. Dinner is a la carte or buffet, I chose the budget each night as you can then try a selection of the food on display. Yash was always on hand to get drinks and offer a friendly smile and banter. Overall if you are visiting a company in the area then this hotel should be your go to choice"
