"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. "Hotel is very modern and clean. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful with storing my luggage whilst I went to perform Umrah. The room was very nice. Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money. "

"Excellent as usual. I reduced the rating slightly because I didn’t like the electric water heater in the bathroom as there was no good hot water. Street noise at first night but I got used to it. All in all, satisfied."
