"Absolutely incredible hotel. Would recommend to anyone! From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. "Beautiful hotel away from the center, so it is quieter - but also requires a tuk tuk to go everywhere. Beds are either super hard or soft, so be sure to request a room with your preference (I switched after the first night.) Staff were nice enough and became more friendly after a few days. WiFi in rooms was weak and sometimes I had to sit in the hallway. Overall, a decent room, in a beautiful property. You feel like you're in Jaipur, not some generic hotel anywhere in the world. "Perfect location for business or leisure travelers who visit Jaipur for the first time. Easy to commute to major tourist attractions and restaurants in town. Facilities are in a good condition and services are attentive from the lobby to room service. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of selections for western food but that’s ok if you don’t stay here for a week. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar. Great experience overall."

Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked.
