"This is an older historic building, if you like traditional then Excellent property, if you loke more modern then go the Hyatt nearby, is walkable to the Duomo, is about 20-25 min from train station, has excellent breakfast, room size was nice and bedding was comfortable. "

"The staff at this hotel was beyond fantastic. They were 5 out of 5 for dinner recommendations. The location is very walkable to some of the city's biggest attractions. Gondolas float by the window day and night. The water taxi entrance prevents you from dragging your luggage around the city. We had a large room with a large bathroom and a long but skinny tub. Ask about the bed sizes. I'm tall, and the bed was a bit too small for me. The buildings are all old, so expect old building features, but that adds to the charm of the experience. The breakfast buffet was just what we needed every morning, with European and American options. The client experience made you feel like the most important person in the room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station, which made it super easy to find the hotel when we arrived and navigate to our train when it was time to leave. Even in this location though it was very walkable to everything with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel was bigger than I had expected, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We received an upgraded room which had a HUGE private terrace that was so nice to have a glass of wine on at the end of the day. The room itself was very spacious and very clean. There was a bottle of wine, bottled water and mini fridge which was all restocked daily. There is an elevator in the building for convenience in transporting luggage and accessibility. The hair dryer in the room I'd rate a 4/5, slightly better air pressure than most hotel hair dryers I've used. "

"The staff was very accommodating. The location is literally across from the train station so it was very easy to get over for train and subway. We loved our large room and bed. The shower could have been a little larger but the large tub made up for it! Would definitely stay here again!"
