"Rooms on our floor had a plumbing problem with rooms flooding and guests had to be relocated. They had dehumidifier fans everywhere and one elevator was out of service due to the water situation. This was very inconvenient for us. "

Very sissapointed that the kids menu, which offered hamburgers & quesadillas,told me that they were not acailable. If they are not available, they should be taken out of the menu!!! Then i ordered a.n iced tea and got none. But i paid...

"Stayed here during my time visiting family in Irvine. Super convenient and close location to John Wayne Airport, but not too close so that you can avoid hearing the planes. Whole Foods is about a 6-7 minute drive from here. And you're close to a lot of the more popular places in Irvine. Great staff. Clean rooms. The decor could have been a little brighter, but overall, still a terrific stay. Two thumbs up."

"Everything was great from service to cleanliness. There was only one thing i really didn't like. They charge you to use the parking lot even if you are staying at thier hotel. $40 a night to be exact. I stayed at many hotels and this is the only one that has done that."
