"The minute we started checking in with CRYSTAL at the front desk, it was inviting and kind. She asked were we safe in the recent storms when we told her we are from here. Also, PATTI, who was our server in the restaurant is delightful, friendly, professional and thorough with making sure we had everything to feel comfortable at the restaurant and for our stay. Patti has been our server on 2 other occasions there and just wonderful each time! They both raise the bar on excellent employees! Both of the ladies wrote and left us personal well wishes for our New Orleans girls weekend with my daughter, and put the notes under our door. That was an extra special surprise!"

"This hotel is the best Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They gave my children delicious cookies. A front desk staff named Ginita is very professional. Even the breakfast staff are smiling. The hotel pool is also very beautiful. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Galleria shopping center. It is really a very good stay experience. I highly recommend it."
