"The service was amazing. When I checked in they upgraded me to a suite for no reason. We get into the suite and it is beautiful huge sweet king size bed. We went and swam in the pool in the pool was very nice cleanly and decently warm for a pool. Got up in the morning and had their breakfast buffet which had some amazing food scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy waffles and other things. Would definitely recommend this anytime I come to Chicago. Probably will be the only hotel I ever stay at when I'm in Chicago."

"One of the better Comfort Suites I have stayed in. Rooms comfortable and clean and quiet. Pizzeria Uno is a plus. Did not love the parking, which is spread around and has sketchy-looking areas."
