"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"Conveniently located, clean, modern amenities. We got the 50 sq. m room with king bed . . . the room is HUGE! The staff were very pleasant and professional, yet friendly. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others made the effort when they saw that my Mandarin was - lacking - to communicate. Overall, a great value, and we will stay again!"

"overall I had a pleasant stay. This hotel is close to a major subway station with many things close by. Perhaps within a 15 min walk. Staff was VERY helpful and always had someone who spoke English during a shift. My two complaints were that I had to cut my trip one day short, but the hotel did not refund my extra day since it was prepaid by during booking. Also, they have NO room service... so if you get hungry late at night, make sure you stock up on the snacks. "

"The area was very close 5 mins walk to chimelong resorts and theme parks which is a must to visit, particularly the circus. The apartment was cheap and had 2 double beds in the room which was good for a family of 4. The others do not have the 2 double beds anymore. Lots of shops and eateries beside. We were mostly at the chimelong resort which is an amazing place to rest and relax. The condition were just fair. "Location is great, just a few steps from subway. This location a favorite amongst middle Eastern and African group. There are always some people outside the building which I believed are touts. "

"Definitely one of the fe totally avoidable hotels of Guangzhou. Besides the location and the staff service. Nothing worth talking. Room was dirty, had a huge burnt hole in the carpet and the bed was ridiculously hard."

"This large hotel had comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and spacious, and the bathtubs were indeed nice and deep (although for some reason did not accommodate my 6'6" cousin... :)). You should note that (like in much of Guangzhou), the staff did not speak much English but they were as helpful as possible, and used Google Translate or a similar app very effectively. It was a very nice stay."
