"After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. "I stayed one night to be close to the airport for a morning flight out. The room was very nice and quiet. Spacious, clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, comfy bed and pleasing decor. Hotel is a short walk from a tram stop. In the early evening I took the tram to a very nice mall and did some last minute shopping and had dinner in the food court. Taxi to the was about 10 minutes and cost $22USD. Hotel called for me and they showed up quickly. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle service but that is the only down side. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Having a shuttle to pick you at the airport and bring you to hotel is very convenient plus they provide a Geneva pass for the duration of the stay , Highly recommended, Thanks "
