There was no AC and it was disgusting hot, they mentioned it would be fixed in about 3 months. When trying to get a refund, there was nobody that would respond.

They didn’t give me the room that I had booked and didn’t try to accommodate me at all. The A/C unit didn’t work and the rooms were hotter inside than it was outside. Stains on our bed and blankets and old hard pillows.

It was a beautiful hotel, the counter ladies weren’t too kind. The air conditioning did not work at all, but I think that was for all the repairing they were doing, and they did not mention anything about that situation.

Other than being covered in bed bug bites for the last week after my stay, having to purchase a fan because the AC is controlled by someone out of town (basically) while being 90° outside and the guy who's pitbulls kept getting out and roaming the grounds it was great. The staff was nice and very accommodating when I reserved the wrong room. The grounds are shady and grassy with a clean pool. I'm still covered in bites from my feet to my hands though. If it weren't for that and the AC it would've been great. They will be undergoing a remodel soon from my understanding so hopefully these things won't be a future issue.

The hotel is under construction. There is no AC or windows that open in the room. The ice machine was out of order and there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Facility's A/C unit was down, room was filthy and smelled like weed, burn marks on furniture. No compensation was given for lack of A/C. Grounds and pool area looked beautiful but construction was going on next door.

Place was dirty, full of roaches. Bathroom did not have a shower curtain. A/C was broken. Rooms were stuffy and humid. 0/10 do not recommend.. did not receive a refund..

The hotel is very charming. And it could be a very delightful place if there was a manager who cared about it. There were multiple things that didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work, the ceiling fan didn't work, plus the window was screwed shut so there is no way to get any air into the room. Even worse, there was no water to the unit. Every once in a while a little bit would come out of the sink, but it was ice cold and it would only come on for about 10 seconds. No shower or bath water.

I like the look of this hotel, old school. Nice pool area. But a/c didn’t work, room is hot. I called the office and I was told they had to call someone, so I figured it will be fixed for the next occupant. Hope I get at least a $20 discount for making me uncomfortable, probably go home first thing in the morning how uncomfortably warm it is for me
