Bell boys & housekeeping staff were more than willing to help. Apart from the amenities in a hotel, it's the essential staff (mentioned above) that make a big difference in the service satisfaction to the guest staying at any hotel. Me & my family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay at Olive Downtown Kochi & will return again. "
