Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. If you don't like walking uphill or downhill this may not be the place for you, but I found it very convenient. The room is clean and simple, pillows are comfortable, water is hot. The breakfast is great, it actually includes a small portion of eggs with the usual pastries and tea/coffee. The view from the breakfast room over the town and onto the lake beyond is gorgeous."
