Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"

They charged me extra 1250 rs for asking to arrange for other room, they said they had conveyed the cancellation message after almost few days of booking, which I didn’t recognised and they pointed all the blame over me. Hotel is good but they do these stuff and charge the people which is totally not agreeable. I am not at all satisfied with the deal."
